SHIPPING POLICY

• Under normal circumstances, all orders placed and paid for (payment reflected in our bank account) will be shipped out the following business day. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Our current courier partner only operates Monday through Friday. In short, our Courier partner only collects and delivers on business days. If your order is collected on a Friday through OVN delivery, it will only be delivered the following business day

• NOTE: No order will be processed or shipped until payment clears in our bank account. Immediate payments are welcome when choosing the Bank transfer payment method at checkout.

• Overnight orders must be placed before 10:00 am to be dispatched the same day, else it will only be dispatched the following business day for delivery on the business day thereafter. Orders placed through this method are typically delivered the following day but may have an additional day's delay (weekends excluded), depending on your location accessibility and unforeseen circumstances.

• Once the courier has received your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking number.

• You should expect to receive your order within 1-4 business days (depending on the shipping method you chose) once we have received payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• We use various courier services based on delivery locations and the fastest options available. We also offer a Pudo Locker to Locker collection option for those who would prefer to collect their orders at a convenient time within the Pudo collection cut-off time frame. 

• We offer Overnight shipping for both local (Gauteng) and national locations outside of Gauteng.

• We also offer Economy shipping options with longer delivery lead times as specified at checkout for all regions nationally.

• Please note that Kratom Bliss does not ship on weekends or public holidays and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

• All delivery addresses MUST contain a Street name or corner, Suburb, City/Town, and Province. If we're delivering to a business address please state the building name, office block, unit nr, and floor nr if applicable. 

Pudo Locker Delivery Service

• Our Pudo Locker to Locker delivery service offers a convenient and efficient way to receive your orders. Here's how it works:

  Delivery Process
  1. Delivery Timeframe: Your order will arrive at the closest Locker to your provided address within 3 to 5 business days.
  2. Locker Selection: You can choose a preferred Pudo Locker location by including your preference in the delivery comments during checkout.
  3. Default Locker Assignment: If no preference is provided, we will ship your order to the closest Locker to your delivery/billing address.

  Important Notes
  - Once your parcel is on route, the chosen Locker cannot be changed.
  - By not providing a preferred Locker location, you acknowledge that we will select the closest one, and you understand that we are not responsible for this choice.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns, exchanges, and/or issue refunds if we incorrectly supplied your order. We take extra precautions to ensure this does not happen.

Return Conditions:

Customers must notify Kratom Bliss of any incorrectly supplied items within 48 hours of receipt. Please support your claim with pictures by sending an email to info@kratombliss.co.za.

Returned goods must be sealed, unopened, and still in their original packaging.

Once these conditions are met, we will proceed with the return process. Otherwise, all orders are final.

PAYMENT METHOD

Kratom Bliss currently accepts the following payment methods:

PayFast - Payment automatically clears immediately, which allows for quicker processing of your order

Bank Transfer/EFT - Immediate payments are recommended for quicker order processing. Delayed payment clearing from a different bank will also delay order processing, regardless of shipping method. Your order will then only be processed based on your payment clearing time and not your shipping method or time and date of checkout.
